Ian Murrin

Founder & CEO

Ian has nearly 20 years of business management experience, which encompasses line management positions in several Fortune 100 companies. From 1996 he ran a successful marketing technologies consulting practice which led to him establishing Digiterre in 2000 as a provider of software products and services to the investment management industry.

Ian has 15 years of experience in designing and implementing Client Relationship Management (CRM) programs within both the retail and wholesale sides of the finance marketplace. Within Digiterre Ian‘s primary focus is on new business development, strategic relationships and on running Digiterre’s North American business which is headquartered out of New York. Ian has a 2:1 degree in Economics & Econometrics from Queens University, Canada.

Jarrod Martin

Managing Director

Jarrod joined Digiterre in December 2010. He has over 18 years of IT industry experience, including 15 years of IT consulting experience in a number of sectors including Finance, Telco, Utility, Media and Gambling. Jarrod also has over 10 years experience as an IT Architect designing large, highly scalable systems.

Jarrod completed a double degree in Computer Science and Business Management at Melbourne University.

Stephen Cunningham

Chief Operating Officer

Steve Cunningham is the Chief Operating Officer of Digiterre Limited

He has over 20 years experience as a senior commercial finance professional across a range of industry sectors, including IT, leisure, motor racing, professional services, and property development in the UK, USA and Australia. Steve has significant practical and advisory experience with early stage private equity backed IT businesses, achieving trade sales to US corporations with three of them.

Steve has a 2.1 degree in Accounting and Finance from Bristol University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and qualified with Ernst & Young.

Matthew Hirst

Global Head of Business Development & Marketing

Matthew joined Digiterre in 2011 and is responsible for new business sales and marketing of the Communica platform across all regions. Prior to Digiterre Matthew was an Account Manager for a company which specialises in data management services and has worked on projects with leading organisations in the engineering, media, retail and financial sectors.

Matthew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law and French from the University of West England and was a member of the Bristol University Royal Naval Unit.

Having grown up beside the sea in Devon, Matthew enjoys spending time in and under the water. He is a keen swimmer and BSAC qualified sub-aqua diver.

James Fraser

Deputy Managing Director

James has over 25 years experience of management roles within both the private and public sector. From the later 1990’s James has been involved in delivering major organisational change projects within the public sector before setting up his own management consultancy in 2004 (KRC Consulting). KRC Consulting operated largely within the criminal justice system, specifically around major government change programmes, to intergrate working practices across criminal justice agencies.

James is a qualified PRINCE II practitioner and in recent years worked in the SME sector managing internal operations and the delivery of professional services.

Katie Lam

Training Officer

Katie started working at Digiterre as PA to the CEO in 2004. She progressed to the position of Head of Marketing and Training Manager and is now the Training Officer for the Communica platform, where she will be responsible for all client training and user experience.

Over the last decade Katie has gained extensive knowledge of the Financial Services industry and CRM best practice.
